You’re Forgiven For Running Against Me – Tinubu To Osinbajo

Bola Tinubu, the vice president running for president in the ruling All Progressives Congress, claims he has forgiven Yemi Osinbajo for running against him in the party’s primary.

This was said by Tinubu in a popular video that SaharaReporters saw. In the video, the APC presidential candidate claims that he has no animosity toward the Vice President while speaking to Osinbajo’s supporters on Monday in Kano.

Alwan Hassan, Coordinator of the Drone Marshall Support Group, asked Tinubu to work with the vice president and other contestants in the party’s primary election on June 8 at the meeting.

Osinbajo was one of 13 candidates that ran against Tinubu, along with former transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi and Senate President Ahmad Lawan.

Hassan stated that the gang was prepared to assist Tinubu and cooperate with him.

“Occasionally, they all mention the same positive aspect about you. The majority of them concur that you stood out for being understanding and patient with anyone who offends you politically.

We want to see more involvement from the general public on the part of the vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, and all other candidates that competed against you. You have been chosen as the candidate.

In his reaction, Tinubu stated that he had pardoned Osinbajo.

Nothing I have against him. I visited his home following the primaries. On the day the President delivered his message of kindness at the retreat, I saw him.

And a person who is forgiving—a person who requests Allah for forgiveness—deserves forgiveness in full. How are you approaching Allah if you are unable to extend forgiveness? It’s over to me, he declared.

Osinbajo and former House Speaker Yakubu Dogara were not included in the Bola Tinubu/Kashim Shettima APC presidential campaign council, according to SaharaReporters.

Festus Keyamo, spokesman for the campaign council, however, claimed that the APC complied with President Muhammadu Buhari’s request that some prominent government officials be removed from the list in order to allow them to focus on their responsibilities.
