Unknown Gunmen Bomb Magistrate Court

Unknown gunmen bumped a district court in Ubulu, in the Oru-West local government area, Imo state.
The gunmen carried out the attack on Monday evening using petrol bombs, setting the court ablaze. The fire which broke out in the early morning affected the entire building of the court.

The Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of Oru-west LGA of Imo State, the Hon. Willie Okolieogwo, while confirming the incident, expressed his displeasure with the attack.

The council boss said that although the court was razed to the ground by the thugs, no casualties were recorded.

A source said the attackers had come in large numbers to carry out the attack.
