Two APC Senators resign from Senate, give reasons

Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), formally resigned from the Senate on Tuesday.

….Senator Abubakar Kyari, who represented Borno North in the Upper Chamber, also resigned.

In separate letters read on the Senate floor by Senate President Ahmad Lawan.

,,,,Adamu and Kyari said their actions were necessary after their election as National Chairman and Deputy National Chairman (North) of the APC, respectively.
