The foundation under the CEO, Amb., (Dr) Adelawon Adegbemiga Taiwo took the December Empowerment to his hometown as the Christmas and New Year Festivities began happily for the beneficiaries in the local government area.

In his remark, Adelawon explained that the primary objective of the foundation is to give back to the needy in society where students of all the secondary schools, widows and the aged across Ejigbo Local Government area benefited in the empowerment that has been timely done and would definitely go a long way to put smile on beneficiaries faces.

According to the Trose Foundation CEO, Dr. Adelawon; “More than ten-thousand people have benefited from all kinds of the foundation’s Empowerment programmes.

“People from Osogbo among other local government areas had benefited from the previous Empowerment where secondary school students, farmers and people with disabilities were empowered.

“We rounded the 2023 empowerment programmes up by given our these little gifts to my people to put smiles to their faces.”

Dr Adelawon however, called on other well meaning Nigerians to join him in alleviating hunger, empower people and impact the society positively.

While speaking, Alhaja M.O. Akindele, L.I.E Ejigbo Local Government, appreciated the kind gesture extended to students and commended Dr. Adelawon for such a big project with a vision to help people especially the younger ones who are regarded as the leaders of tomorrow.

In the program that lasted for about four hours, many aged and widows were given Food stuffs while the secondary school students benefited Textbooks and writing materials to aid their academic careers.

The students however, asked for continuation of the program annually in order to enlarge the circle of beneficiaries and help the light of education shine brighter.

Aged and widows who also benefited from the food items also appreciated the kind gesture, praying that God will provide for Trose Foundation to do more for the people.
