Tribunal Sacks PDP House Assembly Member, Declares APC Winner

….The Edo Petition Tribunal sitting in Benin has sacked Hon. Destiny Oghayerio Enabulele of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the Ovia South West constituency election and declared Hon. Sunday Aghedo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the rightful winner.

The tribunal upheld the petition filed by Hon. Aghedo, challenging the declaration of Hon. Enabulele as the winner of the election.
