…..Tribunal has announced the date to deliver judgment on the 2023 Presidential Election.

Famous Nigerian entertainer, Charles Oputa, known by his stage name, Charly Boy has claimed the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has fixed September 16 for judgment on the petitions challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu.

…….While NewsOnline Nigeria cannot authoritatively confirm the date, the Tribunal, according to the Constitution, has up till Sept 16, 2023 ( which is Maximum 180 days of filing of Petitions) to deliver judgement on the petitions.

…..Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the February 25 election and his Labour Party, LP, counterpart, Peter Obi had filed petitions asking the Tribunal to sack Tinubu over several allegations.

Charly Boy in a post on his official X handle, urged supporters of Obi known as Obidients to get ready for the judgement.
