Tomori-Ponnle Felicitates Tinubu Over Presidential Election Victory

The Director of Grassroots Mobilization, Engagement and Orientation Directorate of Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) in the South-West, Otunba(Mrs) Titi Tomori-Ponnle, has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on his emergence as the winner of the presidential election held across the nation last Saturday.

Otunba Laoye-Ponnle who was a former deputy governor in Osun State stated that the emergence of Asiwaju Tinubu as the next President of this nation is an indication that God indeed aswereth prayers as the former Lagos State governor is a tested political oracle who is imbued with the Midas touch to make the nation great through his policies.

She said she wasn’t surprised that Tinubu emerged victorious in the election as he had proved right from the onset that he was indeed a serious contender and not a mere pretender based on the level of his superlative preparedness for the election.

Tomori-Ponnle hinted that Tinubu’s plight is like that of a very serious student who burns the candle at both ends when preparing for his examination; such a student would not bargain for anything less than coming out in flying colours.

She recalled how Jagaban Borgu traversed the length and breadth of this nation canvassing for votes while his opponents were shopping for the possible way to cut corner in the election.

The former Osun State deputy governor expressed gratitude to all the other leaders and members of the Grassroots Mobilization, Engagement and Orientation Directorate in the South-West whose co-operation, commitment and resilience culminated in the success story of the election in the geo-political zone in particular and the entire nation in general.

She stated that she enjoined working with the members of the Directorate in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo and Ekiti states as they displayed an exemplary committed passion for the election of the Asiwaju Tinubu.

She equally enjoined all and sundry to continue to pray for the President-elect for God’s guidance, protection, additional wisdom, knowledge, and understanding required to administer over this nation aright.

In her words: “I am happy that God crowned our efforts despite all the man-made entanglements through the victory of our presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, during the last election.

“I quite appreciate the undiluted qualitative contributions of all the members and leaders of the Directorate of Grassroots Mobilization, Engagement and Orientation of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council in the South-West.

“May God continue to be the Pathfinder of Asiwaju Tinubu in his efforts to improve the fortune of this country,” Titi Tomori-Ponnle prayed.
