Titi Laoye-Ponnle Joins ‘Akoni Obinrin Osun’ Campaign Rally For Tinubu In Osogbo
In preparation towards the realisation of the 2023 presidential election for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Southwest Director of Campaign Grassroot Engagement and Orientation, Chief (Mrs)Titi Laoye-Ponnle on Tuesday joined ‘Akoni Obinrin Osun’ campaign rally in Osogbo.
The group is one of the leading movement, led by the wife of Osun State Governor, Kafayat Oyetola, shut down the state capital for the candidate of the party in the 2023 general elections.
The event which looked more of a victory walk, the former deputy governor of Osun joined the group members in their uniforms in their thousands to show their support for the standard-bearer of the APC and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima.
Akoni Obinrin Osun walk commenced at the Government House Ilobu Road down to Okefia-Alekuwodo-Olaiya under the bridge- Fagbewesa then U-turn back to popular Olaiya junction.
The walk attended by members of the group from across the 36 states also turned to Orisunbare market to Old Garage and round up at Freedom Park where the First Lady and other Dignitaries address the crowd.
The group urged women to remain focus and keep their permanent voters card(PVC) safe and vote the right person in the coming election.
