Subscribers Occupy MTN Offices In Osun Over SIM Blockage (Video)

A large crowd of disgruntled subscribers have besieged MTN offices across Osun State and Nigeria at large to express their frustration and disappointment over the telecom company’s blocking of phone numbers.

OsunReporters News Correspondent, Damilola Adeniyi who visited MTN Head Office at Dada Estate, Osogbo and A branch at old Fakunle area, Opposite Osun Mall Osogbo, cited hundreds of customers waiting for a lasting solution to their lines.

Also, at the MTN office at Lagere office in Ile Ife, Osun state, numerous subscribers were waiting while expressing their frustrations on the damage it has caused their businesses.

It should be recalled that the blockage of some SIM cards was done due to the NIN-SIM linkage requirement, which was enforced, leaving many subscribers stranded and unable to access their phone services.

Earlier, the telecommunication companies had gave July 31 deadline for NIN-SIM linkages for Nigerians.
