South West Yorùbá Broadcasters gives reasons Osinbajo should succeed Buhari

Numerous individuals have passed through the positions of power over the years and many of them as we know have expressed, or rather declared their own policies of maintenance and management of the people’s affairs. Unfortunately, due to human nature, a great deal of them have failed to bring these promises into fruition. It has become hard for one to know whom to trust, but despite that, we THE SOUTH WEST YORUBA BROADCASTERS  have decided to agree on partnership with our current Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo for reasons that completely oppose the dishonest and unprincipled nature of people. He has not only shown but proved to be a man of uprightness in his past and present endeavours, with considerable show of capabilities to aid his earnest personality.

1. Integrity.
• Ensuing his assumption of office ever since he was elected into it during the 2015 election, so much commentaries have been made on The Professor’s integrity.
Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo who is a Professor of Law has encompassed his promises of virtuous order abiding by his long history as a public officer, as his records when he led the legal reforms are totally faultless, let alone to comment on his peculiarity so far as The Vice President of Nigeria. No doubts only a man of certain integrity would be able to uphold such highly tasking positions with pure results to show for it.

2. Intellectual.
• Professor Yemi Osinbajo has even more to show than his already splendid good character, it is an established fact that he is indeed a man of Intelligence. His measure of brilliance goes beyond just his degree of Professorship or the vast amount of knowledge he holds, but also his quick-wittedness which has proved times without number to have benefitted the betterment of our great Country, Nigeria, ranging from his contributions to infrastructure and his provision of solutions to problems citizens have faced over the years, including traders, and government workers, his intimate inspection and and re-evaluation has no doubt reformed the country a great deal.

3. Honesty.
• The Vice President has proven himself and to others many times to be a man of honesty. Not once or twice has he been praised for his undiluted personality and straightforwardness, whether by the President Muhammdu Buhari himself or a legion of others, all having different things to say about his honesty that has earned him a reputation alien to people of the political world.
In 1999, when Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was just elected as the Governor of Lagos State and he needed a man with perfect records to head the legal reforms of Lagos. At that time he did not know Professor Yemi Osinbajo neither had he met him before, nothing but his honesty, integrity and unmatched Intelligence had made Tinubu choose him over others when he was presented with recommendations.

4. Trait of Awolowo and MKO.
• Among the most noticeable and well praised public figures of the past are Chief Obafemi Awolowo and Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola who were known and appreciated for their fierce and brave actions of liberations wholly for Nigeria and the great citizen it houses. These truly self made men of topmost character and sincerity earned long lasting recognition for themselves because of their extreme love and affection for their country and it’s people to the point they gave not just their sweat and blood for it, but also all of what they owned along with their own pleasure and enjoyment that allowed us to have the country that we call Nigeria today.
One would naturally expect men like these to either have gone extinct or have become very difficult to find after their noble exits from this world, however we are much pleased to know that brave and honest men like them still exist today in the likes of our very own Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo for these traits of great leadership and love for the people naturally resides in this fine man, as though he was born with them.

5. No Traces Of Corruption.
• Because of Nigeria’s fluctuating political history, many politicians are generally regarded with distrust for the reason that they are sometimes seen as occupying the positions of power merely for it’s sake rather than carrying out the duties and several responsibilities attached to it. This has made political offices an unapproachable area for men of moral conduct and decorum.

…..Regardless of this however, The Vice President out of his natural sense of responsibility and drive for improvement had taken up the political office, although not only for that reason but also because of his confidence in his clean records in his political journey so far, one that can be attested to legally and by people who have witnessed his actions first-hand. His reputation although challenged – as is the case for anyone holding a political position – has nevertheless been proven to be thoroughly clean and wholesome.

6. Sellable Candidate.
• Like it has been explicitly stated, obviously not many men can be found today with attributes as outstanding as the ones we’ve said about Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. His records and history so far are just too sublime to be unnoticeable, his qualifications of candidacy are as clear as day, making him ideally presentable as a most suitable candidate for Presidency.
