Six state governors get federal appointments

Information reaching the OsunReporters News confirmed that the Federal Government through the National Economic Council (NEC) has approved the appointment of six state governors to serve as members of the Board of the Niger Delta Power Holding Company.
According to the governors, who hail from Borno, Katsina, Imo, Ekiti, Kwara, and Akwa Ibom States, represent the six geopolitical zones.
Furthermore, updates on the country’s financial status were provided by Mr. Wale Edun, the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.
____””::::He reported that the Excess Crude Account holds $473,754.57, the Stabilization Account has ₦28,738,722,369.83, and the Natural Resources fund contains ₦53,891,102,650.71.

This initiative will deliver N50,000 to 100,000 families in each state for three months.
