SCORECARD!! 2-year Of Adequate Representation Of Hon Tajudeen Olaiya Of Ward-13 In Osogbo LG

In reference to the election that produced Hon.Saibu Tajudeen Olaiya as honourable Councillor representing ward-13 was indeed a historical in the history of Ward 13, Osogbo Local Government and Osun at large as ward 13 remains the only ward in Osogbo and one of the wards throughout the state that conducted the LG election on 27th January, 2018 as many candidates in other wards of the state went unopposed.

The election was peaceful and a hitch free one, sorting, counting of ballots and the result was announced by OSSIEC returning officer declared Saibu Tajudeen Olaiya of APC the winner of the election, having won in all the units of the ward. The celebration galore followed when the present Senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District Dr. Ajibola Basiru, political leaders, other councillors and party loyalists joined the crowd for the celebration of the victory.

Speaking after the election,The elected Councilor, Hon. Saibu Tajudeen Olaiya said “I am confident that APC will win all coming elections in Osogbo and state of Osun as my victory send a victorious signal”.

To ensure that people of the grassroot enjoy the true dividends of democracy, a tranquil robed environment with the small and limited resources within his capacity, he was able to achieve some set goals within the short period of years in office which are highlighted hereunder 👇👇

1) Construction of a standing pipe tap water at Kujenjo/ Aleegun
2) Construction of a standing pipe water at Akepe opposite Lucky Photo.
3) Rehabilitation of Tap Water at Balogun Kujenyo Mosque.
4) Rehabilitation of public toilet at Jagun/ Alukoso area
5) Replacement of Electric wires at Awogun area and Jagun Oparinde/Aleegun
6) Repair of Tap water in Alukoso area
7) Repair of Tap water in Ikubolaje area
8) Empowering some of the Ward citizen by giving token amount to over two hundred (200) people

No doubt, Councilors are the representative of the government who are more closer to the citizen with all complaints being dropped at their doorsteps.

The above mentioned and numerous other landmark achievements have been recorded within the period of two years in office of Hon. Saibu Tajudeen Olaiya whike looking forward in achieving more goals for the people of ward-13 to enjoy the dividends of democracy more.

He is committed to ensure their voice and plea are being heard by the Government, as he furthermore to enhance transparency and accountability in running the affairs of the Ward.

He made a vow that he will always prioritize issues relating to the ward so that his name would be written on a platter of Gold after leaving the office.

At this point it is quite germane to recognize and acknowledge the spirit of magnanimity and candour displayed by some of the political leaders before, during and after his emergence as Councillor representing good people of Ward 13, Osogbo Local Government which includes; Baba Wale Lasisi, Doctor Kayode Esuleke, Baba Fefe, Baba Baruwa, Alh Alaka Engineer, Barr Akintunde Adegboye, Hon Adeoye Adelakun.

Others are Senator Representing Osun Central Senatorial District, Dr Ajibola Basiru, Hon Badamosi Taofeeq Abolubode, Honourable representing Osogbo Local Government, OSHA, also party chairmen in Osogbo Local Government, Hon Saheed Onibonokuta, Hon Ropo Alabi, Hon Kazeem Adebayo, and also to a indefatigable leader, Babaawo Taye Ajibola and all other leaders in Osogbo Local Government to mention but few.

It is also noteworthy to acknowledge the Love and sagacity shown by the Ward 13 Excos, Members, Local Excos and all APC members in Osogbo/Olorunda for their candid support before during and after his emergence.

Also the administration of Alh Isiaka Gboyega Oyetola, Governor State of Osun, has been a wonderful one for all the Councillors as his Excellency in his generous spirits gives all it takes to make the Local Government in the State thrive and deliver what the masses at the grassroots needed, as Hon Saibu Tajudeen joins the multitude in praying for continuous achievement and success of the administration of the Governor of the state.
