Radio Station Suspends Two Popular Programmes

,,,,,The foremost radio station in Nnewi, Authority FM, owned by the senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Patrick Uba, has suspended the airing of “Onyeeze Jesus’” programme on the station.

……Mr Onyedika Okocha of Children of Light Anointed Ministry, popularly known as Onyeeze Jesus, has been trending on various media platform for some controversial miracles and incredible religious rituals.

,,,,,,,,,The self-aclaimed cleric, who was once seen in a river bathing some youths on ritual mission described as “Isa uchu”, was said to be habitually displaying inappropriate video content and therefore should not be considered as a man of God by the audience of the radio station.

Similarly, the station equally banned the programme of Nze Matthias Ezeaku Ejiofor, who is known as “Igbo Love Themselves”, from being aired on the station following the complain of the audience on his act of religious bigotry and intolerance.

,,,According to one of the two separate letters signed by Mr Nkem Okanumee Okwuosa, Head of Operations of the station, it is obvious that Nze Ejiofor published a video of himself burning the Holy Bible, the holy book of christians which is held in high esteem.

Mr Okanumee equally thanked the duo for their support and patronage for the station so far.
