Popular Osun Broadcast Journalist Involves In Motor Accident

The news reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS has it that a popular On Air Personality and famous Poet, Rotimi Jolayemi popularly known as Oba Akewi has involved in an auto crash.

According to the report, the accident occurred on Tuesday Morning while traveling to Kwara for an assignment.

While thanking God for not losing a friend, a friend and colleague of the victim who was the former State Chairman of FIBAN in Osun State, Comrade Olugbade Olu-Omo posted the picture of affected car on his Facebook wall.

“FIBAN, Broadcasting and Osun Entertainment Industry escaped another tragedy and betterness today with the Divine Grace of God!!!

“We didn’t gather together to weep this morning again, this is enough for us to say a very big thanks to God over our dear brother, colleague and partner;

“Jolayemi Abiodun Rotimi (Oba Akewi ti o beru ewon)

“This is his motor after summersaulting three times but God never give us a reason not to loss him to the bitter hands of death as he came out without been hurt.

“Even God knows that i, Oluomo presenter can’t afford to loose another good friend, partner in Progress and Loyalist like Oba Akewi.

“Eyin kete l’ofo n se,
Bi agbunrin ba gbo ojo iku re n ye ni… O ni se mu fun ota!” Olu-Omo wrote.

While speaking to our correspondent on a telephone conversation, Oba-Akewi said despite the fact that his car summersault more than two times, he is safe while the second person in the car sustained a minor injury.

He expressed gratitude to God almighty for not losing any life to the ugly incident.
