Popular Nigerian Monarch is dead
The news reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS has it that the Paramount ruler of Iju Ishaga, His Royal Highness, Oba Abass Amole Ajibode is dead.
According to the report, the late monarch, who was one of the most revered traditional rulers in the Ifako Ijaiye Local Government Area of Lagos State, died at the age of 88 on Saturday, 31 July 2021.
He died few weeks to his 15th coronation anniversary which comes up on 19 September 2021.
As at press time, preparations ongoing to bury Oba Ajibode at his palace in Iju Ishaga were ongoing.
