Police arrest 3 for allegedly plucking eyeballs of teenager

…..The Bauchi State Police Command has arrested three persons for allegedly removing the eyeballs of a 16-year-old Uzairu Salisu.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, SP Ahmed Wakili, announced on Monday that the command has arrested one Isaac Ezekiel, 32, of Rafin Zurfi, Yelwa area of Bauchi in connection with the dastardly act.

The police earlier arrested one Nensok Bawa, 38, of Kabwir District in Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau State as well as Yohana Luka (AKA Doctor Samu), 52, of Golbong Village, Amper District also of Kanke Local Government Area of Plateau State in connection with the crime.

….The PPRO disclosed that a prompt search of his house by the Police led to the recovery of Uzairu Salisu’s eyeballs.
