PERSONALITY: The Iconic Profile Of Osun State FIBAN Chairman, Olugbade Oluomo

Comrade Olugbade Gbadesogun, popularly known as Olu-oluomo is one of the Unique and Creative Presenter of this Era.
Oluomo Presenter is regarded as the number 1 Broadcaster in the State of Osun as the Incumbent State Chairman of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN).
The CEO of Oluomo Funfair Entertainment limited is from the Family of Pa & Mrs Omokehinde Gbadesogun of Ejigan quarters, Efon Alaaye, Ekiti State.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
The Content Provider attended St. John Primary School, Oke-Aro for his Elementary Education before he went to St. Francis High School, Akure, Ondo state and Lafe Private School, Abule Egba, Lagos State for his Secondary Education.
He later Proceed to Lagos State University (LASU) to barge Diploma in Journalism and Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife to earned Degree in Dramatic Art.
BROADCASTING JOURNEY
Olu-baba as fondly calls joined Broadcasting through LTV8 press club in Lagos. He was inspired by many legendary Presenter which he always listen to their Radio Programme.
Though, he don’t really train under any boss. But he became a Professional Broadcaster through Education, which he started developing his talent gradually.
Oluomo Presenter is looking up to some people as mentor, such as: Late Prince Gbenga Adeboye, Ambrose Somide, Sunkanmi Adebayo Joge, Dosu Fatomilola, Fatai Balogun Efe, Prince Kolade Alabi and many Veteran Broadcasters.
The Independent Presenter started his Broadcasting career with LTV8 in Lagos and OSRC in Akure as a Freelancer. He was later employed by Remdel Uptimum Communication as Company Presenter where he anchored a program titled “O wa nbe” with one of his mentor; Dosu Fatomilola. He Presented the Sponsor Programme on Sunshine FM, OSRC TV Akure, Ekiti Radio, OSBC Osogbo, Kwara Radio, BCOS Ibadan, Radio Lagos, and OGBC Abeokuta.
In 2007, he left Remdel to start his own media firm, called Oluomo Optimedia Communication but it was later changed to Oluomo Funfair Entertainment Limited during Official Registration.
He is Presently at OSBC as a Freelancer with his programme, “Oluomo Funfair” that usually wave the air every Thursdays at 12:15pm.
According to the award winning OAP, “am just still seriously moving fast, but not there yet. am focusing on how am going to arrive at my targeted point in the Broadcasting and Media industry, which i know i will soon be there without relenting. Let me use this medium to advice all the Upcoming Presenter to have focus, determination and be hard working in other to make a difference among others.”
