1. High Blood Pressure :

Get 4 seeds of English pear

(Avocado pear), cut into pieces, dry under the sun and grind into powder.

Put a teaspoon of this powder into your prepared palp and drink.

Once daily for 2 weeks.

2. Boosts Immune System

Dried banana leaves contains allantoin, a substance known to boost immune system, accelerates healing process and acts as an astringent.

This is why banana leaves can cure sore throat and fever, which are mainly caused by poor immune.

3. Cures Sore Throat

Sore throat is a symptom of many respiratory-related illnesses, and mostly caused by virus, so antibiotics may not help at all. Sore throat is really annoying, making us feel painful when swallowing foods or beverages.

Drinking banana leaves decoction atleast once a day can reduce the sore throat gradually.

5. Typhoid

You will need the following items, lemon grass, lime, unripe pawpaw, unripe pineapple, alabukun powder, Lipton and water.

This is how to prepare it, cut lemon grass, 25 limes, 2 unripe pawpaw, 2 unripe pineapple to piece and mix together. Add 6 bags if Lipton tea to the mixture. Boil the mixture fie 30 minutes with 3 litre of water. Add Alabukun powder 5 minutes to the end of the cooking.

You should take 1 glass, twice daily for one week. Drink when it is hot.

5. Malaria:

Green Lime Orange, LiptonYellow Tea Bags

Water, Alabukun or Powdered Aspiring Drug

PROCEDURE: Get a cooking Pot Pour 15 Glass cups of water, Slice your Green Lime Orange (20 pieces) in it.

Then throw in your Lipton Yellow Label Tea Bags (20)

Cook it for 20 minutes

DOSAGE: Take a cup 2 times daily for 5 days with one Alabukun Powder or 2 tablets of Paracetamol.
