Osun PMAN Celebrates Pa Jimi Solanke @ 80

Performing Musician Employers Association Of Nigeria (PIMAN), Osun State Chapter Under the Leadership of Alhaji Abdulazeez Ibrahim (ARANFALIJANA) PMAN Governor celebrates with Pa Jimi Solanke on the occasion of his 80th Birthday Celebration.

Osun PMAN acknowledged Jimi Solanke as a leader who is one of the founding member of association in the State.

The leadership of the association used the occasion of his 80years birthday to pray for long live in good health and prosperity.

The celebrant was born on July 4, 1942. Olujimi Solanke is a native of Ipara Remo.

The Baba Agba, African culture ambassador extraordinare, trained at the University of Ibadan, School of Drama and began his professional acting career in 1961 as one of the pioneer members of the Orisun Theatre Group founded by Wole Soyinka, while his father, Alfred Tayo was a chief in Remoland like his grandfather. Both were Lisa, next person to the Paramount ruler, reason Jimi’s middle name is Adeboye.

Osun PMAN however celebrates and wishes Pa Jimi Solanke a prosperous Happy Birthday, long life and prosperity.
