Osun: Ijesa PDP leaders endorse Sunday Bisi as State party Chairman

Stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party in Ijesa land have advised thst for the party to maintain it’s winning streak in Osun state it needs quality leadership that will further set the foot of the party on a smooth path.

The stakeholders in a communique issued at the end of a crucial meeting on Monday and made available by AKMEN NEWS said the party must not leave anything to chances if it wants to continue being in power in the state.

The stakeholders which included party chairmen from all the six local government areas of Ijesaland, all candidates of the party from Ijesa land and other leaders of the party in the zone said it is imperative to put the right peg in the right hole.

According to the communique, the stakeholders unanimously adopted Hon Sunday Bisi for the Chairmanship position of the Osun State PDP, saying he is absolutely qualified to be at the helms of affairs of the party.

It said Hon Sunday Bisi has the prerequisites required of him to lead the party, given his vast experience, leadership role in the party and his stewardship within the party.

The stakeholders according to the communique urged all party stakeholders at the state and national level to wade into action and ensure the momentum is sustained in the state.
