Osun govt rolls out activities marking Adeleke’s midterm in office

_…Says, “Media has been our strength both in criticism and achievements”_

The government of Osun State under the leadership of governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke on Friday, November 22, 2024 rolled out activities to celebrate the second Anniversary in office.

In a press briefing by the Anniversary Committee headed by the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Teslim Igbalaye at the Government House, Oke-Fia, Osogbo, Osun State.

OsunReporters News Correspondent who attended the briefing, reported that the midterm anniversary is a month-long activities with commissioning of some completed projects, empowerment and supervision of some ongoing project across the state.

According to Igbalaye,

“The Media has been our strength both in criticism and achievements.

“Governor Adeleke has delivered four-year mandate in two years. From today to late December the Governor will be unveiling his programs.”

Among the notable activities to celebrate the anniversary includes; the commissioning of the Old Garage-Oke Fia-Lameco Expressway by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Expanded Ipade Imole, Commissioning of Ring Road by the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, Lunch with Obasanjo, State Broadcast by the State Governor, Novelty Match, State Awards, commissioning of projects across 30 Local Government Areas, commissioning of Iresi Township Roads by Mr. Governor among others.
