Your new appointment was not a result of luck but your courage, hard work and contribution to the just cause of humanity that pushed you forward.
You have volunteered your time and effort, as well as expressed candid opinions and made significant amount sacrifice for the betterment of mankind which has contributed to your worthy appointment for the wonderful new post.
