Osun Dancing Senator ‘Aburo Baba Olowo’ Is Three millions Naira Richer
The Abuja Court of Appeal on Thursday 30th May, 2019 ruled that Senator Ademola Adeleke was qualified to contest the September 2018 governorship election.
Court made the pronouncement in a unanimous judgment of a three-man panel which upheld the appeals by Adeleke and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party.
The lead judgment of the Court of Appeal was red by Justice Emmanuel Agim, awarded the cost of N3m against the plaintiffs who instituted the suit before the FCT High Court, Wahab Raheem and Adam Habeeb who were respondents to the appeals filed by the PDP and Adeleke.
As we speak, Adeleke’s family is more reacher as David Adeleke “Davido” is ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ while his uncle, Ademola Adeleke “Dancing Senator” is ‘Aburo Baba Olowo’
