Osun: Checkout Police Numbers To Call For Any Suspicious Act As 13 Suspected Criminals Arrested

As part of measures to check rising insecurity in Osun State, the police command on Friday had raided some criminal hideouts and black sports along major highways with the unrelenting effort of the security personnel in the State.

The Police Public Relations Officer in Osun, SP Folasade Odoro made this known to news men in Osogbo that 13 suspended criminals were arrested during the operations, while reassuring the residents of safety of lives and property.

The command urged the general public to report any suspicious actions in the state by calling the following phone numbers: 08039537995, 08123823981, 08075872433 as part of the measures being taken to end all forms of criminal and violent activities within the State.

Furthermore, the command also warned all rumour mongers who always misinforming the public through social media platform to desist from the act.

“In the interest of peace and tranquility, the command is using this medium to warn all rumour mongers against all acts of misinforming the public through social media platform by circulating false rumors and creating wrong impression of insecurity and crisis in the state,” Odoro added.
