Nigerian Police Inspector Kidnapped

……The Taraba State Police Command has officially confirmed the abduction of Inspector Emmanuel Yaro, who was seized by unknown assailants suspected to be bandits while he was on his farm. Inspector Yaro, who was serving with the Kurmi division of the state police command, had taken some workers to his farm in Gidan-Idi village on that fateful day. According to the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Abdullahi Usman, the incident occurred while the inspector had briefly left the farm to purchase food for his workers in a nearby village.

During his absence, the kidnappers reportedly stormed the farm and held the workers hostage. When Inspector Yaro returned, he found himself facing the kidnappers, who released the workers and abducted him.
