New Olubadan emerges

Following the daeth of Oba Lekan Balogun, the Ibadan Kingmakers have announced Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as the new Olubadan of Ibadanland.

According to reports, the nomination of Olakulehin was put forward by the Osi Balogun of Ibadanland, High Chief Lateef Adebimpe, during the meeting chaired by the Otun Olubadan of Ibadanland, former governor of Oyo State, High Chief Rasidi Ladoja.

Notably absent was the Otun Balogun, Tajudeen Ajibola.
