_Spraying: It’s illegal to spray banknotes at events.
_Writing: Writing on banknotes is prohibited by law.
_Stapling: Stapling banknotes is prohibited due to potential corrosion.
_Tearing: Tearing banknotes is also illegal.
_Dancing or stamping on naira: This is prohibited, as it can deface the notes.
_Selling: Selling currency banknotes is illegal.
_Mutilation: Tampering with naira notes violates the CBN Act Section 21.
_Rejecting the naira: Refusing to accept the naira is strictly prohibited (Section 20, Subsection 5).
_Money bouquets: Those was identified as a form of naira abuse by the CBN in February 2023.
