MUPAF Backs Teslim Folarin, Vows To Mobilize For His Victory
The Muslim Political Awareness Front (MUPAF) has affirmed its readiness to support Teslim Folarin’s governorship ambition to transform Oyo State.
MUPAF national Coordinator, Alhaji Comrade Lukman Obembe said in a statement made available to newsmen in Osogbo on Wednesday that the APC Guber candidate has a robust manifesto to transform the entire Oyo state.
“The people of Oyo state will join their counterparts from other states of the federation to exercise their franchise in a nationwide governorship election on Saturday, March 11. It is our humble submission that Teslim is the best option and we urge the people of Oyo, regardless of political parties, to give him their votes while all members of MUPAF in the State will mobilize for his emergence come March 11.
“Teslim has the capacity and capability which has demonstrated in his manifesto for the people of Oyo state to benefit across education, infrastructure, health, technology, empowerment among other areas.
“This time, muslims will vote for him beyond party lines. He deserves our votes because of his brilliant political record.
“MUPAF therefore implore the good people of Oyo State to troop out en masse to vote for Teslim Folarin,” Obembe said.
While Speaking, Oyo State MUPAF acting Coordinator, Alh Ibroheem Abdulazees Oladosu who acknowledged the track record of the Oyo APC guber candidate, said MUPAF has since last year organized some public orientation program to reawaken the need for Muslims to elect Muslim into power for better Nigeria.
He reaffirmed that MUPAF will mobilize on election day to actualize Teslim Folarin’s guber ambition.
