Mourning As Kebi NUJ Chairman Dies
Information reaching the OsunReporters News confirmed that Comrade Hamza Galadima Zuru, the Chairman of Kebbi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, has been confirmed dead.
According to a statement issued by Secretary, zone A, Abduralzak Bello Kaura, Zuru died at the Federal Medical Center, (FMC) Birnin Kebbi after battling a prolonged illness.
Sources revealed that Zuru contributed greatly to the growth and development of journalism in Kebbi State.
“In this time of mourning, our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, colleagues, and the entire journalism community. We mourn the loss of a great leader and colleague.”
