The defendants have been asked to appear in court and explain why the committal order should not be issued against them.
Legit.ng earlier reported that President Bola Tinubu has filed an emergency motion to stop the court ruling that compelled Chicago State University to release his academic record to Atiku Abubakar.
A Magistrate court in Illinois in the United States granted the prayer of Atiku Abubakar and compelled the Chicago State University to release Tinubu’s academic record to Atiku.
But Tinubu said he would be appealing the Magistrate court judgment the same day and prayed that the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division should hear his motion on the same day the application was filed. Naijinfo
