JUST IN: Latest Update On Fresh FM Radio Osogbo

The news reaching the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS has it that the Management of Fresh FM, Nigeria has gave more update on the new radio station earlier announced to be sited in Osogbo, Osun State capital.

According to the report, the management of Fresh FM stated that the new baby station Fresh FM Osogbo, is yet to be given frequency.

In a statement signed by the General manager of Fresh FM, Ado Ekiti, Mr David Ajiboye on the station’s official Facebook page, noted that the new baby station, Fresh FM, Osogbo is still in progress as an official statement will be made when all necessary approvals are granted by the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC).

Read the statement in part: “The news about Fresh FM, Osogbo is still a work in progress. The National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), is yet to allocate frequency for our new baby station, that’s why we have not made it public.

“We will make an official statement when everything is concluded and all necessary approvals are granted.

“Thank you for your understandings,” the management said.

It could be recalled that the Osun State Chapter of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) had earlier congratulated the founder of Fresh FM Radio, Evangelist Yinka Ayefele on the birth of new radio station in Osogbo.
