Internet Users In Nigeria Rose To 154 Million
The National Bureau of Statistics has disclosed that Nigeria’s internet users grew to 154.8 million in the fourth quarter of year 2022.
The bureau, which disclosed this in its latest data released yesterday, explained that the increase portrayed 9.07 percent from 141.971 million in the fourth quarter of 2021.
The bureau also noted that voice subscribers grew by 4.89 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis, adding that Lagos State had the highest number of active voice subscribers, while Bayelsa recorded the least within the period under review.
