How to benefit from Customs subsidized rice amid economic hardship
Information reaching the OsunReporters News confirmed that the Lagos Customs zonal office Yaba, Lagos has started selling 25kg bags of rice.
This is as to address the current economic hardship among Nigerians.
Sources revealed that beneficiaries are to come with National Identification Number (NIN) and N10,000 to get 15kg of rice.
Recall that Customs had earlier confirmed that the service seized over 20,000 bags of 50kg parboiled rice, beans, maize, millet and soy beans from smugglers, listing other food items intercepted as 2,500 cartons of 963 bags of assorted dried fish, dry pepper, seasoning, salt, cooking oil, macaroni, sugar and garri.
