“Happy Birthday To A Legendary Leader” – Otunba Titi & Prince Tunde Ponnle Celebrate Baba Bisi Akande @86
The former governor of Osun State and founding interim National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Chief Adebisi Akande, has been described as a legendary leader and an elder statesman per excellence on his 86th birthday.
The attribution is confirmed in a felicitation birthday message signed by the former Deputy Governor of Osun State, Otunba Titi Tomori-Ponnle and her husband Prince Tunde Ponnle on Thursday in Osogbo where the couple further eulogized the Ila-Orangun born national figure as an icon of political progressivism, patriot leader, veteran grassroots politician,/ and administrator per excellence.
Prince Tunde and Otunba (Mrs) Ponnle gave kudos to Chief Bisi Akande for his invaluable contributions and his leadership in laying a solid foundation for the progressive party at the national level and the subsequent historic electoral victory in the 2015 general election.
According to the release; “We join family, friends, associates and Party faithfuls to congratulate a patriot, elder statesman, veteran grassroots politician, administrator per excellence, and an icon of political progressivism on his 86 birthday.
