FG sets new curriculum for Nigerian Universities
The Federal Government through the National Universities Commission (NUC), has finalised a new curriculum for Nigerian Universities, which increased the number of programmes from one hundred and eithty-eight to two hundred and thirty-eight.
The latest bulletin released by the commission and made available to newsmen in Abuja explained that the committee had turned in their report to the commission.
It could be recalled that, the N-U-C had last year inaugurated a committee of experts drawn from various disciplines in Nigerian Universities to create the new Core Curriculum and Minimum Academic Standards for Universities.
