Federal character means setting 15/100 as pass mark for some states and 75/100 as pass mark in other states. From practice, it has meant for example, JAMB cutoff as low as 40 for university admission for some states and 260 for others? Is this fairness or justice for states and children that should be equal?
Many professors today failed maths and English and never made 3 credits in SSS3
or WASCE and are pushed into the system thru remedial programs in their states universities and few years later become professors when counterparts in other stated with 6-8 credits couldn’t be admitted into universities and are still doing menial jobs.
When will these injustices end?
