Exposed: Constant contempt of Court by Nigerian Army over disputed land in Osogbo
Disrespecting the court judgment is gradually becoming “normal” act in Nigeria, especially by some government agencies across the Country.
Despite the Court judgment in favor of the plaintiffs, the defendants in the case of disputed land situated at Kelebe-Omu area in Osogbo and Olorunda local government areas of Osun State, the Nigerian Army has embarked on contempt of the court for more than a year.
