Eid-El-Kabir Celebration: Osun FIBAN Chairman, Adekunle Ismail Dodoede Felicitates With Muslims

The Osun State Chairman of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN), Ogbeni Adekunle Abolade Ismail Dodoede has sent goodwill message to the Muslims across the globe on the occasion of this year Eild celebration.

In a goodwill message made available to the OSUNREPORTERS NEWS on Thursday in Osogbo, Dodoede rejoiced with FIBAN members who are Muslim, State Government led by Governor Oyetola and the generality of fellow Muslims, praying for the blessing of this year eild.

“I wish to extend my very warm greetings to fellow FIBAN family in Osun State, particularly the Muslim faithfuls at this festive period of Eid-el-Kabir. I salute the executive governor of Osun State, H.E Alhaji Gboyega Oyetola and his wife, the First Lady of Osun State, Alhaja Kafayat Oyetola as we join other Muslims around the world to mark a momentous deed of Islamic religious worship. I congratulate all Muslim brothers and sisters on this glorious occasion as we also profusely thank the Almighty Allah for keeping us alive to witness this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.

“As Muslim faithfuls, we are very much cognizant of the fact that the relevance of the Eid-el-Kabir festival is for us to engage in a religious act of devotion meant to inculcate in us the Islamic virtues of obedience, piety, faith in the will of Almighty Allah, sacrifice, uprightness and candour.

“As we celebrate, I beseech you all to ingest the lessons of Eid-el-Kabir, which promotes the spirit of charity, piety, emancipation, the promotion of religious harmony, amicability, impartial leadership and true justice for all. Let us not relent in our efforts to showing genuine love and respect for one another.

“The privileged ones amongst us should be kind, generous and considerate of the socially and economically disadvantaged ones amongst us, so that Allah may continue to show kindness and compassion unto us as a people and the society in which we live as prescribed by Holy Prophet Muhammad (SWS).

“On behalf of my family and loved ones, I wish the entire Muslim Ummah in Osun State chapter of FIBAN a blissful, peaceful, joyous and stupendous Eid-el-Kabir celebration.”
