Death of Ademokoya, exit of a broadcast goddess
Sudden death of a veteran broadcaster, Mrs. Yemi Ademokoya has been described as another great loss to the broadcasting industry.
Nigeria Union of Journalists, Radio Kwara chapel stated this in a condolence to commiserate the death of the broadcast goddess.
A statement endorsed by the Vice Chairman, Mrs. Maryam Abdul-Kadir Yusuf and the Assistant Secretary, Mallam Lawal Oloolu said the demise of Mrs. Ademokoya was shocking, unfortunate and unexpected.
The union identified late Mrs. Ademokoya as a great asset loss to the broadcasting and entertainment industry, considering her experience, versatility and professional acumen.
It however, prayed God to grant the families, relatives and associates left behind, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
