COZA Rape Scandal: Court slam N1 million fine on Busola Dakolo, trashes case against Fatoyinbo

A High Court in Bwari, Abuja has awarded costs of N1,000,000 against Busola Dakolo, wife of a popular musician, Timi Dakolo for wasting its time while pressing an alleged rape case against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of the Commowealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).

OsunReporters News gathered that the court equally dismissed the case, adding that fine should have been 10 times more because the court’s time was wasted.

Dakolo had filed the suit against Fatoyinbo after she claimed that the COZA pastor raped her when she was 16 years in Ilorin, Kwara State.
