Breaking! Osun Freelance Broadcaster, Oba-Akewi Granted Bail by Court
It was a moment of joy for the family, friends and associate of Rotimi Jokayemi popularly known as Oba Akewi when a Court sitting in Abuja pronounced his freedom after 45 days, under the condition of bail.
The court granted him bail on Friday, 19th June, 2020 at his third appearance in Court over the release of a audio track against the Nigerian Minister of Information and Culture, Alh Lai Muhammed since the month of April, 2020.
Oba Akewi is a professional poet and Vice Chairman of the Osun Chapter of Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN).
