Bola Tinubu Allegedly Undergoes Second Surgery In US Hospital, Returns To UK On Crutches

After the news of his illness was recently broken which led to an emergency visit of the Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu in abroad, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Lagos State Governor, Bola Tinubu has again reportedly undergone knee surgery at the John Hopkins University Hospital in Maryland, the United States.

According to the report, Tinubu left the US for the United Kingdom on crutches, a few days after the surgery after changing his plan from the initial Paris hospital over rumour of his death.

“Tinubu had his second surgery at John Hopkins University in Maryland recently. He was accompanied by a popular Nigerian doctor in Chicago. He had wanted the surgery in Paris but when rumour was rife about his death, he hurriedly left for Nigeria and went to John Hopkins,” one of the sources said.

It could be recalled that news reported it on July 31 that Tinubu had a surgery about two weeks earlier and could be billed for another one.
