Bandits sends threat notice of further attacks to Zamfarans
Fleeing bandits from Zamfara forests, who invaded and killed residents of border villages in Sokoto State last week, have allegedly sent threat notice of further impending attacks.
The bandits, who escaped the onslaught of security troops on their hideouts, wreaked havoc on two local government areas in Sokoto, namely, Dange/Shuni and Tureta on Tuesday and Wednesday, where they killed scores and ransacked shops and houses for foodstuffs.
Panic has reportedly enveloped Shuni community in Dange/Shuni Local Government Area of Sokoto State, where a notice written in Hausa language was found under a tree.
