APC Chairman assassinated others injured, kidnapped as gunmen go on rampage

,,,,,,The chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Aribi ward, Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Mr Illiya Auta, has been murdered by suspected bandits.

,,,,,It was gathered that the hoodlums stormed the man’s residence on Monday night and assassinated him.

….Reports say that the attackers also shot an uncountable number of persons in the village and kidnapped many people during the raid.

…One of the villagers was quoted by Punch newspaper to have said: “We lost our ward Chairman, Illiya Auta who was killed by the bandits during the raid.’
