“Alaafin’s transition signifies personal loss, national tragedy” – Adebayo Adewole

Leading Social Democratic Party (SDP) Presidential Aspirant, Prince Adewole Adebayo has described the death of Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi as a personal loss.

…..Prince Adewole Adebayo in a teaser message posted on microblogging website, Twitter mourn the late Alaafin who passed on yesterday.

….He writes: “ALAAFIN ASCENDS! With a deep sense of personal loss and national tragedy, I mourn the demise of Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Atanda Adeyemi III, Alaafin of Oyo after 51 years of meritorious graceful reign 29 of which Baba and I shared deep paternal, philosophical and ideological chemistry”
