Abuja Residents Loot NEMA Warehouse Amid Hardship
Information reaching the OsunReporters claimed that, some residents of the Federal Capital Territory on Sunday looted a warehouse reportedly belonging to the National Emergency Management Agency of Nigeria over the current economic hardship across the country.
Reports revealed that the warehouse, which is situated in the Phase 3 Region of the FCT area of Abuja, was looked my may residents of the area.
While vonfirming the incident, the spokesperson for the FCT command, Josephine Adeh, said via a text message that, “The situation is now under control.”
At the time of filing this report, the amount of the looted goods and level of damages caused cannot confirmed.
