On the 5th January, 2020, a building located beside Obaloluwa, Olorunsogo Area along Dada Estate in Osogbo, the Osun State capital has been gutted by fire.
According to an eyewitness who raised the alarm on Facebook said other houses around the burning building might be affected if officials of Osun State Fire Service did not arrive on time.
OunReporters News gathered that the affected building is the Mission House of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) at Dada Estate Olorunsogo in Egbedore South LCDA, Osogbo, Osun State.
Properties worth millions of naira were reportedly destroyed in the mission house due to the inferno.
The broad day light fire would have engulfed the whole residential area at the Christ Apostolic Church Oke Isegun district headquarters if not the quick intervention of the Osun fire service in collaboration with federal fire service in Osogbo.
A source revealed that high voltage electricity supply had sparked fire at the mission house of the church which led to the razing of the religious edifice housed by the pastor of the church and his family members.
According to the report, no life was lost aside properties worth millions of naira were destroyed in the fire incident.
