For the records, NIBSS is a big payment platform for all banks in Nigeria. They always experience technical issue alot due to high volume of inter-banks transfer Nigerian carry out per day.

N-power stipend payment may always experience delay in payment due to this technical issue that NIBSS resolve on a daily basis. Once your BVN match your bank name you will get your backlog payment.
