BREAKING: Supreme Court Fixes Date For Hearing Osun Guber Appeal (see date)
The news reaching us had it that the Supreme Court hearing for the appeal of Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke against the INEC, APC, appeal judgement and Governor Gboyega Oyetola has been scheduled to be hear on the 24th day of June, 2019.
The Appeal Court had earlier ruled in favor of the Governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola in the Osun 2018 governorship elections, after which Oyetola had appeal the first judgement of the election petition tribunal ruled in favor of Senator Ademola Adeleke.
You could remember, that INEC had declared Oyetola and the APC the winner of the Osun State governorship election on the basis of the cumulative results of the September 22, 2018 main election and the September 27, 2018 supplementary poll.
