State Women Affairs Commissioner confirmed dead
Information reaching the OsunReporters News confirmed that Bayelsa State has lost its Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs. Elizabeth Bidei, who died on the morning of December 30, 2024.
According to reports, Mrs. Bidei had been battling breast cancer, and her condition worsened after she suffered a stroke and a heart attack.
,,,___The news has deeply affected Governor Douye Diri and the state executive council, who expressed their condolences to her family.
The deceased left husband, Chief Jackson Bidei, and their children behind.
